Finals Game 2: TSU - Batumi 63-91

The game was mostly controlled by Batumi. TSU managed to win third quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Batumi shot 32 for 46 from the free-throw line, while TSU only scored twelve points from the stripe. They outrebounded TSU 49-33 including a 46-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. Batumi looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 34 personal fouls committed by TSU helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American forward Miryne Thomas (203-1999, college: Kent St.) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. International point guard Giorgi Ochkhikidze (190-2004, agency: BIG) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists. Five Batumi players scored in double figures. American swingman Courvoisier McCauley (196-1998, college: Indiana St.) produced 17 points and 5 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Quentin Hardrict (183-2000, college: Pitt St.) added 14 points and 4 steals respectively for the hosts. TSU's coach Lekso Lapanashvili gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win.
