Semi-Finals Game 1: VSA - Rustavi 100-52

The game was mostly controlled by VSA. Rustavi was better in second period15-12 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. VSA dominated on the defensive end, holding Rustavi to just 7 points in first quarter. They outrebounded Rustavi 52-35 including a 40-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. VSA players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 10 blocks. Point guard Davit Tchuadze (185-2008) stepped up and scored 24 points and 5 assists for the winners and power forward Giorgi Dokhnadze (203-2008) chipped in 10 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists. Five VSA players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Nikoloz Gvaladze (188-2008) responded with 14 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Luka Kankava (181-2008) scored 11 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
