There was a minor upset in Odenthal where 9th rankedRheinland (3-6) was defeated by eleventh ranked Marburg (2-7) 67-63 on Sunday. American swingman Hailey Leidel (180-1997, college: UMass) stepped up and scored 21 points for the winners and American-Swiss forward Mia Heide (190-2000, college: Duke) chipped in 10 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American guard Cassidy Mihalko (180-1995, college: CBU) with 11 points and swingman Greta Kroeger (182-2004) scored 14 points. Rheinland's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Marburg moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Veilchen. Loser Rheinland keeps the ninth position with six games lost.
