It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Bayern Muenchen. The winners were led by American forward Jayden Gardner (201-2000, college: Virginia, agency: MSG) who scored that evening 19 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import swingman Brandon Randolph (198-1998, college: Arizona) supported him with 11 points and 4 assists. Even 17 points and 5 rebounds by American guard Carsen Edwards (183-1998, college: Purdue) did not help to save the game for Bayern . International Andreas Obst (191-1996) added 11 points for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Vechta moved-up to fourth place. Defending champion Bayern keeps the second position with five games lost.
