Regular Season Round 21: Keltern - Halle 77-56

Leader Keltern delivered the nineteenth win on Saturday night. This time they crushed 7th ranked Halle (11-10) 77-56 in Remchingen. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Halle. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Alexandra Wilke (175-1996) who scored 22 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Canadian-Hungarian center Alexandria Kiss-Rusk (194-1993, college: McGill) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Krystal Freeman (183-1999, college: Tulane) who recorded 21 points and 8 rebounds and the former international guard Emma Stach (175-1996, college: Gonzaga) added 8 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Keltern maintains first place with 19-2 record. Halle at the other side dropped to the sixth position with ten games lost. They share it with Herner. Keltern are looking forward to face Leverkusen (#10) in Odenthal in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Halle will play at home against Hannover (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
