Semi-Finals Game 3: Saarlouis - ALBA Berlin 66-52

Saarlouis outrebounded ALBA Berlin 44-32 including 30 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for Lithuanian forward Gabija Meskonyte (181-1998) who led the winners and scored 8 points and 20 rebounds. American guard Martha Burse (168-1996, college: Indianapolis) accounted for 20 points and 4 assists for the winning side. American point guard Deeshyra Thomas (170-1995, college: Weber St.) came up with 9 points and 6 rebounds and the former international forward Marie Bertholdt (183-1995, college: Santa Clara) added 11 points respectively for ALBA Berlin in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
