Everything went according to plan in Wuerzburg where sixth rankedSharks (11-6) outleveled 10th ranked Leimen (3-13) 110-51 on Saturday. Wuerzburg dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Leimen 's 22 and had 21 for 28 from the free-throw line, while Leimen only scored five points from the stripe. Wuerzburg forced 24 Leimen turnovers and outrebounded them 40-27 including a 28-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Wuerzburg looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Leimen 's players. It was a great evening for center Elina Timoschenko (185-2007) who led her team to a victory scoring 18 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Center Paula Wenemoser (190-2003) helped adding 20 points and 6 rebounds. Four Sharks players scored in double figures. At the losing side power forward Nataliia Babii (183-1995) responded with 7 points and 4 assists and American forward Mallory Brodnik (188-2001, college: Chicago Univ.) scored 6 points and 6 rebounds. Leimen's coach Michael Herb gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Wuerzburg moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Wasserburg. Leimen lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 13 games lost.
