Bottom-ranked Kavala managed to get the second consecutive victory. This time newly promoted Kavala won against tenth-ranked Koroivos 78-72. Koroivos was ahead by 12 points at the halftime before a 43-25 second half run of Kavala. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Lasan Kromah (198-91, college: Connecticut) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. The other American import point guard Tyler Laser (185-88, college: E.Illinois) contributed with 19 points and 6 assists for the winners. American forward Dwayne Davis (196-89, college: S.Mississippi) replied with 23 points and American-Hungarian point guard Obadiah Trotter (188-84, college: Alabama A&M) added 12 points in the effort for Koroivos.
