An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Athens. Second ranked Panathinaikos faced 4th ranked PAOK. Host Panathinaikos (25-1) smashed guests from Thessaloniki (14-12) 102-58. The game without a history. Panathinaikos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 60.3 percent from the field and made 22-of-26 charity shots (84.6 percent) during the game, while PAOK only scored six points from the stripe. Panathinaikos had a 31-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. PAOK was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Panathinaikos have an impressive 13-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Olympiacos. PAOK at the other side dropped to the fifth place with 12 games lost.
