Semi-Finals Game 1: Megaridas - Papagou 74-92

Papagou dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Megaridas ' 14 and made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Megaridas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Jarrett Adderton (190-2001, college: Columbus St.) stepped up and scored 41 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals for the winners and swingman Ilias Karamolegkos (192-2000) chipped in 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side power forward Aristotelis Sotiriou (203-2001, college: Adelphi) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists and naturalized Australian swingman Nicolas Pozoglou (196-1996) scored 14 points and 9 rebounds. Four Megaridas players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
