Quarter-Finals Round 3: AEK - Aris 102-99
Date: May 25, 2026
AEK made 32-of-39 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. Strangely Aris outrebounded AEK 37-22 including 22 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. 33 personal fouls committed by Aris helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American guard Frank Bartley IV (191-1994, college: Louisiana) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points. His fellow American import James Nunnally (201-1990, college: UCSB) helped adding 12 points and 5 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Bartley IV is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was French Amine Noua (202-1997) with 21 points and 9 rebounds and the former international point guard Elijah Mitrou-Long (185-1996, college: UNLV) scored 23 points. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
