Portuguese point guard Carolina Rodrigues (170-1998, agency: LBM Management) stepped up and scored 16 points, 7 assists and 6 steals for the winners and swingman Rebeka Holcz (179-2004) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side Latvian Katrina Ozola (188-2004) responded with 9 points and 12 rebounds and American guard MarShay Moore (173, college: Oregon) scored 21 points. BEAC's coach Andrea Kovacs rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
