No shocking result in a game when second rankedTindastoll (10-3) beat 10th ranked IR (5-8) in Sauoarkrokur 98-88 on Thursday. Tindastoll forced 22 IR turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 44 assists. American point guard Dedrick Basile (178-1994, college: CSUB) nailed 20 points and 9 assists for the winning side and the former international point guard Sigtryggur Bjornsson (180-1993, college: St.Mary's) accounted for 20 points and 5 rebounds. Four Tindastoll players scored in double figures. American guard Jacob Falko (190-2000, college: Binghamton, agency: Players Group) came up with 30 points and 5 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) and Danish forward Zarko Jukic (202-1993, agency: BIG) added 9 points and 13 rebounds respectively for IR in the defeat. IR's coach Isak Wium rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Tindastoll maintains second place with 10-3 record behind leader Stjarnan. Newly promoted IR dropped to the eighth position with eight games lost. They share it with Valur and Alftanes.
