The game between second rankedKR (12-2) and 5th ranked Selfoss (4-11) in Reykjavik ended with biggest points difference. KR outscored guests from Selfoss 102-56 . The game without a history. KR led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 21 Selfoss turnovers and outrebounded them 45-21 including a 35-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. KR players were unselfish on offense dishing 35 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Selfoss ' players. Worth to mention a quality performance of American power forward Cheah Rael-Whitsitt (180-1998, college: Texas A&M) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Rebekka Steingrimsdottir (173-2008) who added 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four KR players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Donasja Scott (180-1997, college: GSU) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Eva Dagsdottir (159-2003) scored 8 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. KR maintains second position with 12-2 record having four points less than leader Armann. Selfoss lost sixth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the fifth place with 11 games lost.
