Tindastoll made 21-of-24 charity shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Dedrick Basile (178-1994, college: CSUB) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 31 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Latvian Davis Geks (194-1995) contributed with 24 points for the winners. The former international guard Hilmar Henningsson (195-2000) replied with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and American forward Seth LeDay (201-1996, college: ECU, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency) added 16 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Stjarnan. Four Tindastoll and five Stjarnan players scored in double figures.
