Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked Hapoel Kazrin (5-11) was defeated on the road by third ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (12-4) 81-68. Quite impressive performance for American guard Julien Mills (193-85, college: Ball St., agency: HMS) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Tomer Ginat (202-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Four Ironi Kiryat Ata players scored in double figures. American power forward Germain Jordan (198-86, college: Dillard) replied with 18 points and 9 rebounds and his fellow American import center Demarco Cox (203-90, college: Georgia Tech) added 14 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Hapoel Kazrin. Ironi Kiryat Ata moved-up to second place, which they share with Hapoel G/A. Hapoel Kazrin at the other side dropped to the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. Ironi Kiryat Ata's next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Ironi Ashkelon (#14) at home which should be an easy win for them. Hapoel Kazrin will play against Hasharon and hope to win that game.
