Bottom-ranked Bnei Hasharon managed to get a sixth victory on Sunday night. This time they won against sixth-ranked Rishon in Hod Hasharon 74-66. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Jerome Dyson (191-87, college: Connecticut) stepped up and scored 24 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and forward Jeff Adrien (201-86, college: Connecticut) chipped in 15 points and 12 rebounds. At the losing side guard Alex Hamilton (193-93, college: Louisiana Tech) responded with 15 points and 7 assists and forward Diamon Simpson (204-87, college: St.Mary's, CA) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rishon's coach Guy Goodes tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Bnei Hasharon maintains twelfth place with 6-19 record. Loser Rishon keeps the sixth position with 14 games lost. Bnei Hasharon will face higher ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv (#6) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
