Regular Season Round 3: H.Galil Elion - H.Holon 67-70

Important game to mention about took place in Kfar Blum. Hapoel Holon (2-0) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging Galil Elion (1-2) 70-67 on Thursday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. It was a great evening for American center Marcus Bingham Jr (213-2000, college: Michigan St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 9 points and 12 rebounds. His fellow American import Jalen Adams (191-1995, college: UConn) helped adding 14 points. The best for the losing side was Canadian guard Marcus Carr (188-1999, college: Texas) with 17 points and 6 assists and guard Tomer Asayag (192-1999) scored 15 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Hapoel Holon will play against H.Jerusalem (#6) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Galil Elion will play against H.Afula and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
