Regular Season Round 4: H.Jerusalem - H.Holon 91-66

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss ofHapoel Holon (2-1) on the court of fifth ranked Hapoel Jerusalem on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Hapoel Jerusalem 91-66 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hapoel Holon. H.Jerusalem outrebounded H.Holon 41-24 including a 32-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. H.Jerusalem looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Jared Harper (178-1997, college: Auburn) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 5 assists and Trinidad and Tobago-American Khadeen Carrington (193-1995, college: Seton Hall) who added 17 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Hapoel Jerusalem players scored in double figures. Hapoel Jerusalem's coach Yonatan Alon felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American center Marcus Bingham Jr (213-2000, college: Michigan St.) responded with 21 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and his fellow American import Jalen Adams (191-1995, college: UConn) scored 17 points. H.Jerusalem (3-1) moved-up to third place, which they share with Bnei Hertzeliya. H.Holon at the other side dropped to the fifth position with one game lost. They share it with M.Ramat Gan. H.Jerusalem is looking forward to face H.Gilboa Galil (#13) in Gan Ner in the next round and are hoping to win another game. H.Holon will play at home against E.Netanya (#11) and is hoping to win this game.
