There was a minor upset when 9th rankedH.Kfar Qasem (3-5) was defeated at home by twelfth ranked H.Safed Galil (2-3) 74-60 on Friday. American-Bahamas forward Jonathan Augustin-Fairell (201-1993, college: Murray St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and American guard Dachon Burke (193-1997, college: USA) chipped in 22 points, 6 assists and 7 steals. The best for the losing side was naturalized American point guard Paul Delaney (188-1986, college: UAB) with 17 points and 5 rebounds and naturalized Romanian point guard Nadav Yankowitz (186-2002) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. H.Kfar Qasem's coach Avi Sukar tested ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. H.Safed Galil moved-up to tenth place. Loser H.Kfar Qasem keeps the ninth position with five games lost.
