Very important is a road loss of third rankedM.Rishon (11-7) against twelfth ranked H.Izrael (6-11) on Tuesday night. Visiting M.Rishon was defeated by H.Izrael in a tough game in Nazareth 83-88 . It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of M.Rishon. H.Izrael had a 33-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. H.Izrael brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. M.Rishon was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The winners were led by American Kevin Bracy-Davis (202-1995, college: Davis & Elkins, agency: Slash Sports) who scored that evening 20 points and 9 rebounds and forward Maxim Fuxman (201-2002) supported him with 16 points, 10 rebounds and 6 blocks. H.Izrael's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even a double-double of 19 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists by American forward DJ Burns (201-2001, college: YSU, agency: Players Group) did not help to save the game for M.Rishon . Naturalized American forward Josh Freund (204-1997, college: Roanoke) added 28 points and 6 assists for the guests. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted H.Izrael maintains twelfth position with 6-11 record. M.Rishon at the other side keeps the third place with seven games lost. They share the position with M.Rehovot.
