There was a small surprise when sixth rankedE.Holon (9-14) smashed on the road 4th placed H.Jerusalem (14-9) 103-59 on Monday. E.Holon dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to H.Jerusalem 's 30. E.Holon forced 19 H.Jerusalem turnovers and outrebounded them 44-22 including a 31-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. E.Holon looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by H.Jerusalem 's players. The best player for the winners was American guard Ashley Owusu (183-2001, college: Penn State) who scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Her fellow American import guard Jakia Brown-Turner (183-2001, college: Maryland) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Four E.Holon players scored in double figures. E.Holon's coach Ohad Goldberg felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Hodaya Kabada (175-2005) produced 24 points and 6 rebounds and forward Hadar Mor (173-2005) added 12 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. E.Holon maintains sixth place with 9-14 record. H.Jerusalem lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with nine games lost.
