Rather expected game when 11th rankedH.Kfar Qasem (13-19) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked H.Safed Galil (16-16) 98-87 on Friday. H.Safed Galil looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Dachon Burke (193-1997, college: USA) who scored 26 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. American-Bahamas forward Jonathan Augustin-Fairell (201-1993, college: Murray St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Marlon Johnson (208-1994, college: NMHU) who recorded 16 points and 4 assists and naturalized American point guard Paul Delaney (188-1986, college: UAB) added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists respectively. Five H.Safed Galil and four H.Kfar Qasem players scored in double figures. H.Kfar Qasem's coach Avi Sukar rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. H.Safed Galil moved-up to eighth place, which they share with M.Rehovot. Loser H.Kfar Qasem keeps the eleventh position with 19 games lost.
