Rather expected game when 11th rankedH.Kfar Qasem (13-20) was crushed at home by ninth ranked M.Rehovot (17-16) 95-71 on Tuesday. M.Rehovot looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Forward Daniel Sharon (198-2005) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American forward Demetrius Treadwell (201-1991, college: Akron) chipped in 18 points and 4 assists. Five M.Rehovot players scored in double figures. American guard Harrison Butler (196, college: SUU) produced 19 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import center Marlon Johnson (208-1994, college: NMHU) added 16 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. M.Rehovot moved-up to eighth place. Loser H.Kfar Qasem keeps the eleventh position with 20 games lost.
