Hapoel Beer Sheva outrebounded Galil Elion 41-27 including a 14-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. American forward Justin McKoy (203-2001, college: Hawaii) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import guard Cody Demps (193-1993, college: Sacramento St.) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds. Four Hapoel Beer Sheva players scored in double figures. At the losing side American Rawle Alkins (197-1997, college: Arizona) responded with 21 points and 4 assists and the former international Lior Carreira (196-1997) scored 13 points.
