There was a surprise result whenAshkelon won against at home H.Migdal 108-98 on Wednesday. Ashkelon made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Guard Ron Cohen (191-2002) notched 32 points (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and American point guard RJ Glasper (186-1998, college: UIW) supported him with 28 points, 5 assists and 4 steals (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Even 26 points and 6 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) by guard Eidan Alber (192-2000) did not help to save the game for H.Migdal . American guard Dachon Burke (193-1997, college: USA) added 19 points, 5 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals for the guests. Four Ashkelon and five H.Migdal players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
