H.Rishon LZ players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by M.Ashdod 's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Russian center Anastasia Boldirva (198-2003, college: MTSU) notched a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks to lead the effort and the former international point guard Yaara Yizchaki (168-1998) supported her with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. Five H.Rishon LZ players scored in double figures. H.Rishon LZ's coach Ziv Erez allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds by Belarusian forward Kseniya Malashka (183-2000, college: MTSU) did not help to save the game for M.Ashdod . Swingman Maya Zilbershlag (180-2008) added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the guests.
