Otef Darom made 25-of-33 free shots (75.8 percent) during the game. Strangely M.Rehovot outrebounded Otef Darom 38-24 including 26 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Cohen Cohen (-2005) scored 20 points and 7 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and South African guard Samkelo Cele (194-1997, college: USAO) chipped in 20 points during the contest. Four Otef Darom players scored in double figures. Guard Amit Menachem (184-2004) responded with 14 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and forward Daniel Sharon (198-2005) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
