The best player for the winners was Finnish-Egyptian center Awak Kuier (194-2001) who scored 11 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Lorela Cubaj (190-1999, college: Georgia Tech) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Five Venezia players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was international point guard Costanza Verona (170-1999) who recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Hungarian forward Dorka Juhasz (193-1999, college: UConn) added 4 points and 12 rebounds respectively.
