Very predictable result when ninth rankedFortitudo (14-9) won against 17th ranked Milano Urania (7-16) in Bologna 83-73 on Wednesday. Fortitudo outrebounded Milano Urania 36-23 including 27 on the defensive glass. Fortitudo looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Lithuanian forward Paulius Sorokas (203-1992, agency: Players Group) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 12 rebounds. The former international guard Matteo Fantinelli (195-1993) accounted for 10 points and 15 assists for the winning side. American swingman Kevion Taylor (196-1999, college: Valpo) came up with 22 points and 8 assists and naturalized American forward Anthony Morse (206-1994, college: Tenn Tech) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Milano Urania in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Milano Urania's coach Marco Cardani tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Fortitudo moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Scafati and Rieti. Milano Urania lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventeenth position with 16 games lost. They share it with Puglia.
