Everything went according to plan when eleventh rankedMoncalieri (5-9) outplayed on the road 13th ranked Viterbo (2-13) 63-44 on Sunday. The winners were led by center Divine Obaseki (187-2008) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds and swingman Marta Pellegrini (178-2002) supported her with 10 points. Even a double-double of 13 points and 13 rebounds by center Adriana Cutrupi (187-1996) did not help to save the game for Viterbo . Bulgarian guard Diana Valtcheva (173-2003) added 16 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Moncalieri moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Alcamo. Loser Viterbo dropped to the twelfth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Salerno and Treviso.
