There was no surprise when 13th rankedTreviso (2-16) was outleveled at home by sixth ranked Faenza (10-7) 77-48 on Saturday. Faenza dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Treviso 's 20. They outrebounded Treviso 39-28 including 30 on the defensive glass. Faenza looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Finnish Lilli Onnela (183-2006) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Czech swingman Emilie Brzonova (181-2006) accounted for 15 points for the winning side. Four Faenza players scored in double figures. Faenza's coach Paolo Seletti felt very confident using 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Swiss swingman Elea Jacquot (182-2001) came up with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Sveva Nicora (180-2004, agency: SLN) added 15 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Treviso in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Faenza . They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Ragusa and San Salvatore. Treviso lost their seventh game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with 16 games lost. They share it with Salerno.
