Rather predictable result when fifth rankedFaenza (11-7) defeated at home 7th ranked Rovigo (8-11) 63-57 on Sunday. Faenza made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 Rovigo turnovers. The best player for the winners was center Marianna Zanetti (190-2008) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds. Finnish Lilli Onnela (183-2006) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds. Four Faenza players scored in double figures. Forward Sara Zanetti (185-2004) produced 18 points and 8 rebounds and guard Silvia Viviani (168-2001) added 13 points respectively for the guests.
