Everything went according to plan when third rankedFortitudo (25-12) outplayed on the road 15th ranked Forli (13-24) 96-65 on Sunday. Fortitudo outrebounded Forli 43-30 including 17 on the offensive glass. Fortitudo looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Guard Gianluca Della Rosa (180-1996) notched 12 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and American guard Lee Moore (194-1995, college: UTEP) supported him with 14 points and 5 assists. Five Fortitudo BO players scored in double figures. Even 20 points and 6 rebounds by American guard Damion Rosser (195-1999, college: New Orleans, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Forli . His fellow American import center DeShawn Stephens (203-1989, college: SDSU, agency: Slash Sports) added 16 points and 11 rebounds for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Fortitudo have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 25-12 record having just three points less than leader Bergamo. Loser Forli keeps the fifteenth place with 24 games lost.
