Armani Milano dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Umana Venezia 's 36. It was a great shooting night for Armani Milano especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.1 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Umana Venezia 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Senegalese power forward Ousmane Diop (204-2000) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots). ex-international point guard Nicolo Mannion (190-2001, college: Arizona) contributed with 17 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Armani Milano players scored in double figures. The former international center Amedeo Tessitori (208-1994) answered with 26 points and 5 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and American forward Jordan Parks (201-1994, college: NCCU, agency: Inception Sports) added 13 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Umana Venezia. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
