Fukuoka Rizing smashed Saitama Broncos 98-75 on Sunday. Fukuoka Rizing dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Saitama Broncos' 36. The best player for the winners was American center Brian Butch (211-84, college: Wisconsin) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Daisuke Kobayashi (188-87) chipped in 12 points. American guard Brent Jennings (193-88, college: So.Poly State, agency: Interperformances) produced 23 points and his fellow American import forward Tiras Wade (200-81, college: La-Lafayette) added 17 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
