Date: May 24, 2025
Zalgiris outrebounded Neptunas 36-23 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Zalgiris players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Edgaras Ulanovas (199-1992) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 8 rebounds. Serbian power forward Alen Smailagic (208-2000) contributed with 16 points for the winners. American forward Zane Waterman (203-1995, college: Manhattan) answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds and British forward Myles Hesson (198-1990, agency: Octagon Europe) added 14 points and 4 assists in the effort for Neptunas. Five Zalgiris and four Neptunas players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
