There was no surprise in Kaunas where 10th rankedPerkunas (3-8) was defeated by fourth ranked VKKM (7-4) 91-85 on Thursday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when VKKM made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of Titas Bakanas who helped to win the game recording 40 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Justas Juskevicius who added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four VKKM players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Jonas Satas (193-2008) with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and Vytis Sliogeris produced a double-double by scoring 20 points, 5 rebounds and 13 assists. VKKM maintains fourth position with 7-4 record. Perkunas lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with eight games lost.
