Lietkabelis (#4) was upset in Panevezys by seventh ranked Gargzdu 79-70 . Power forward Paulius Petrilevicius (204-1991) notched 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and swingman Laurynas Vaistaras (201-2001, college: Mercer) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Four Gargzdu players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds by Canadian forward Fardaws Aimaq (211-1999, college: California) did not help to save the game for Lietkabelis . American guard Jamel Morris (192-1992, college: Fairmont St.) added 15 points. Lietkabelis' coach Nenad Canak rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Gargzdu have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position with 7-9 record. Lietkabelis at the other side keeps the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Siauliai and Juventus.
