Neptunas dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Panevezys' 24. Neptunas forced 38 Panevezys turnovers and outrebounded them 43-26 including a 19-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Neptunas players were unselfish on offense dishing 39 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Panevezys' players. Latvian forward Kate Vilka (184-1996, college: Fordham) stepped up and scored 32 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winners and American guard Cassidy Mihalko (180-1995, college: CBU, agency: DC Sports) chipped in 22 points and 12 rebounds.
