Very predictable result when second rankedTornado KM (17-4) won against 10th ranked Perkunas (6-14) in Kaunas 78-70 on Tuesday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Perkunas won fourth quarter 15-13 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tornado KM looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Arnas Jatuzis notched 15 points and 7 assists to lead the effort and Matas Zigmantas supported him with 18 points and 4 assists. Four Tornado KM players scored in double figures. Even 9 points, 12 rebounds and 9 assists by guard Rokas Juodvirsis (185-2008) did not help to save the game for Perkunas . Forward Jonas Satas (193-2008) added 17 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for lost side. Defending champion maintains second position with 17-4 record having just one point less than leader Saule. Loser Perkunas keeps the tenth place with 14 games lost.
