Hibernians outrebounded Depiro 46-27 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Hibernians looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Ashiala Jackson (186-1998, college: Tuskegee) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 23 rebounds and 5 assists. Serbian Julija Dabic chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. Jackson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Hibernians players scored in double figures. Rwandan-American guard Janai Crooms (178-1999, college: Providence) produced a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!), 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and the former international guard Kristy Galea (170-2000, college: ABU) added 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the hosts.
