Everything went according to plan when third rankedLeszno (5-1) defeated at home 11th ranked Poznanskie Ekspresy (2-4) 68-64 on Sunday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Leszno forced 21 Wiara Lecha turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The former international Kamil Chanas (190-1985) notched 22 points to lead the effort and Hubert Pabian (201-1989) supported him with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Even 14 points and 5 rebounds by Krzysztof Martuzalski (193-1993) did not help to save the game for Wiara Lecha . Igor Mastalerz (197-2005) added 13 points and 5 steals.
