There was no surprise when 8th rankedStal (8-10) was outleveled by fourth ranked Kielce (14-3) in Stalowa Wola 85-66 on Saturday. Kielce made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Wojciech Pisarczyk (201-1988) notched 28 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and swingman Mateusz Czemerys (202-2005) supported him with 13 points and 5 rebounds. Even 18 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists by guard Norbert Maciejak (184-2002) did not help to save the game for Stal . Guard Wiktor Siemianiuk (186-2004) added 14 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kielce have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Prudnik and AGH Krakow. Stal lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with ten games lost. They share it with Gdansk and Slask 2. Kielce will meet at home Wisla Krakow (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Stal will play against AGH Krakow and hope to secure a win.
