Regular Season Round 22: Sochaczew - Pruszkow 69-105

There was no surprise when 12th rankedSochaczew (5-15) was outleveled at home by ninth ranked Znicz (11-11) 105-69 on Sunday. Pruszkow dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Sochaczew 's 40. Pruszkow forced 20 Sochaczew turnovers and outrebounded them 56-27 including a 24-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Pruszkow looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Antoni Michalski (199-2003) notched a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and guard Michal Szymanski (190-2004) supported him with 17 points. Five Znicz players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 22 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists by Marcin Uliczka (189-1994) did not help to save the game for Sochaczew . Guard Maciej Pieklak (188-1991) added 15 points and 4 assists for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Pruszkow moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Sosnowiec and Wisla Krakow. Sochaczew lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Katowice 2 and Bialystok AKMZ.
