Very expected game in Bytom where bottom-rankedNiedzwiadki (0-29) was rolled over by first ranked Polonia (29-1) 158-45 on Wednesday. Bytom dominated down low during the game scoring 88 of its points in the paint compared to Niedzwiadki 's 28 and had 25 for 34 from the free-throw line, while Przemysl only scored eight points from the stripe. Bytom forced 39 Przemysl turnovers and outrebounded them 46-29 including 17 on the offensive glass. Bytom shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 40 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Przemysl 's players. Wojciech Leszczynski (190-1992) stepped up and scored 56 points (!!!), 6 assists and 7 steals (on 21-of-25 shooting from the field) for the winners and Jaroslaw Gizynski (196-1999) chipped in 21 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals. Four Polonia players scored in double figures. Polonia's coach Mariusz Bacik felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Mateusz Barszczak (192-2007) responded with 17 points and power forward Adrian Kijanka (191-2007) scored 5 points and 10 rebounds. Polonia have an impressive series of twenty five victories in a row. Bytom maintains first place with 29-1 record, which they share with Legionowo and Zgorzelec. Przemysl at the other side still closes the standings with 29 games lost.
