There was no surprise when 9th ranked Al Wakrah (4-10) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Al Arabi (9-5) 82-73 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 82-73. Al Arabi had a 33-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Nigerian-American power forward Manny Adako (203-87, college: Northeastern, agency: Court Side) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 19 rebounds and 4 assists.
