No shocking result in a game when leaderBrasov CSU (1-0) crushed on the road bottom-ranked Braila (0-11) 112-74 on Sunday. The game without a history. Brasov CSU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Braila 's 44. Brasov CSU forced 22 Braila turnovers and outrebounded them 51-30 including a 30-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Power forward Justin Cristea (-2007) nailed a double-double by scoring 30 points and 20 rebounds for the winning side and Vlad Georgescu (-2000) accounted for 26 points, 5 assists and 5 steals. Five Brasov CSU players scored in double figures. Alex Cernat (-2008) came up with 28 points and point guard Denis Matei (183-2005) added 13 points respectively for Braila in the defeat. Braila's coach Mircea Totolici already knew that his team would not have a big chance, so allowed to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Despite that victory Brasov CSU went down to fifth position due to points difference. Braila lost their eleventh game in a row. They still close the standings with 11 games lost.
