Everything could happen in Omsk at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh rankedDynamo NR and 12th ranked Neftyanik had identical 5-21 record. But Neftyanik was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Novosibirsk 80-75 on Thursday night. Dynamo NR outrebounded Neftyanik 33-19 including 23 on the defensive glass. Dynamo NR looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Natalya Potemina (185-1988) nailed 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and forward Alexandra Andrushchenko (180-2001) accounted for 15 points. Center Anna Pachurina (195-1995) came up with 22 points and swingman Kristina Safonova (183-1997) added 4 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists respectively for Neftyanik in the defeat. Neftyanik's coach Elena Shakirova rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Dynamo NR (6-21) moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Ivanovo. Neftyanik lost their third game in a row. They stay dead last with 22 lost games.
