SBL top team - Kosice (20-4) managed to deliver another win on Wednesday. This time they beat sixth ranked Iskra Svit (12-12) 94-79. Kosice dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Iskra Svit's 36. They outrebounded Iskra Svit 48-23 including a 15-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Kosice looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. The best player for the winners was Serbian guard Stefan Matovic (203-91) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Milan Ziak (190-88) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Kosice players scored in double figures.
